Mental Health Awareness Week 2025

Mental Health Awareness 2025 runs from 12th - 18th May.

This year's theme is 'community'.

This week is led by the Mental Health Foundation. It helps people learn how strong communities can improve our mental health.

Being part of a community helps us feel better. It gives us support and a sense of belonging.

Your community can be your friends, family, neighbours or local groups. Feeling connected to others is good for your mind and your mood.
